Retriever Payment Systems is a Rippoff Unfortunately, my mother who owns a salon and who is not fluent in english was the perfect victim for one of those soliciting salesman for WholeSale Payment Solutions. She did not realize what she was signing at all because that man was a coniving lying heartless person to decieve her in any way possible and offered her deals that targeted her interests.
