My tenant had an alarm put on his home and then defaulted on the payments. It went to collections and showed up on my credit report, apparantly because I'm the owner of the home. When I called Anderson Crenshaw and calmly tried to find out how and why this happened and how to resolve it I was met with downright verbal abuse. My head was swimming I was so confused by their attitude and extreme rudeness.
