They are horrible - never ordered from them. They represented to me as a Teleflora shop - well Telefora confirmed they are not part of them. They delivered the flowers to my mother four days late and all the flowers were dead. She opened the box up and all the mums - roses were completely dead - imagine her embassassment in front of her co-workers and manager. Please don't use them if you want good service. I have made 22 phone calls to their center and they have not returned one call. read full review »
