Kaplan which has many, complaints listed already, has qustionable financial aid policies. Stipends are promised to be dispersed on a certain date and fail to be. They hold back stipends for weeks past the date that they list on the student's account. There needs to be some kind of class action put on them for their handling of student finances. read full review »
