I applied for a free sample of teeth whitening gel, paying only £2.95 for delivery. I received the product and 5 days later was charged £80 subscription fee. I contacted Choice White who refunded me within a few days and cancelle the subscription. That was in December 2010. An amount of £83 has been tken from my bank by a company called CDL in the USA.
