Last May (2010) I was supplied with a new laptop power adapter and battery from this supplier. After 10 days the power adapter blew up and tripped out the whole floor of my office. I have been trying ever since to get hold of them to replace it without a single communication from them. Now the battery does not take or hold a charge. I wrote to them at their UK address to find that the letter could not be delivered. They appear to provide rubbish and do not honor their customer service statement on their website. The web address would suggest that they are a UK supplier but I believe this is wholey owned and run from Honk Kong. Avoid it like the plague. read full review »
