I received a letter from NCO stating I owed nearly $100 for a medical bill for my child that had been turned over to them to collect. My child had not been to the doctor for 8 months, the bills from which were minimal since I am retired military and I have pretty good insurance. The buills I did get were paid in full 3 months prior to NCO sending this letter. So, my wife calls and speaks with a Mr. Parkes at NCO. Mr. Parkes was anything but helpful.
