I ordered Karl Lagerfeld "KL" brand perfume from this company through an advert on Scentmall.com. I charged on my Visa card. It was billed on my Visa as "CCBilleu.com. I received "Chanel" perfume instead of the perfume brand I ordered. There is a complaint on this website (12/27/10) from Donna Schuette about this company. She also receiving "Chanel" perfume instead of the brand she ordered. This company obviously does this a lot. What can be done? How can I get my money back?
