Bought product online first of august last year. I used it a few times before the season was over, and stored it indoors, following all precautions to avoid killing the batteries. Come spring, one battery wouldn't chage at all, called and getting another one sent to me via warranty. In the meantime, it's well past the date they said they'd have it out to me by, and now the other battery takes a crap on me. WTF? This is a LITIUM ION battery.
