I have been trying to upgrade my phone for 2 days, I have been hung up on, had people VERY rude to me. They told me my account was locked, but couldn't tell me why it was locked! Im being told 2 hours, 1 hour, 24 hours. They said theres nothing they could do, but document the complaints, they have no way to get ahold of the president of the company..
