We purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from Gerald and a salesperson at Port Motors. We agreed on a sales price, that they would detail the car, and place new tires to replace the worn. They delivered the car the next day cleaned, but not detailed. Two of the tires were the original, two were replaced with other used.
