I had order there 18quart stone set and warmer back in Oct. It took the company a month to send me my order. I kept getting the run around from Michelle and was calling back to cancel my order. I fortunately got to speak to Karen and told her what had happen. She was more than kind enough to put a rush delivery to my salon. I had the warmer no more than 6 month and it died on me.
