When I took my taxes to Liberty Tax Services the preparer gave me a form to sign that indicated I would receive a return of over $1500 with their fee already deducted. When I went to pick up my refund I discovered the return had come to them; they deducted fees of $702!!!and I only received $435. When I asked for the preparer, I was told he was no longer employed there but that the District manager had completed my return.
