They are posting payments made through my banks weeks after they are getting the payment. Now, they are waiting until after the due date to post them and are charging late fees. The couple of payments I made directly through their site (ezcardinfo.com) were credited right away. This is extremely frustrating when I'm doing everything to keep my credit score up. Does anyone know who I can complain to about this and have Public Savings correct this? I have proof of my payments through my bank. read full review »
