I called to place an order the girl left me on hold for 8 minutes then hung up. Then i called again put me on hold once Again for another 5 minutes. I called again and she answered the phone and hung up. Then i called again she answered and i complained about the time she left me on hold i asked to speak with a manager and she hung up once again. I called again and a guy answered the phone claiming he was the driver and said that the girl was alone and that she was the manager.
