Over the last two weeks I tried to purchase tickets two different time for the the San Jose Sharks playoff games. Both times I placed the order, my credit card was charged and then about 30 minutes later I was called and told that the tickets were not availible. About two weeks later they refunded my money; however, the ticket insurance was not refunded both times. I have called them numerous times trying to recieve a refund for the insurance and they inform me that the insurance will eventually refunded, thoug it still hasn't. I have... read full review »
