I ordered with a discount code they gave me and as soon as I pressed "send" I get a confirmation of a recurring 9.99 a month to have joined their Bloom Rewards program. Then, I immediately called to cancel the entire order because that just irritated me. They proceeded to charge me the full amount, not the discount, plus the 9.99. When I emailed and called I got thrown around and put on hold for 10 minutes! Then, they kept sending me automated responses to my email asking to refund all the money.
