Help? Bought new vehicle last June came with free 6 month trial then bought 5 month promotion. Promotion is to expire in a few days. Was on the phone on hold multiple times total over 1 hour, was transferred to cancellation dept 3 times to be on hold for well over 10 min with each transfer. Finally reached cancellation representative and told him I wanted to cancel. As soon as I gave him my phone number the line went dead.
