My son which is 18 yrs old and his girlfriend 16 yrs old. They wanted to go Buffalo Wild Wings to eat and they sat down at one of the booth. A waitress came over and ask to check their ID and told them that they can only order carry out. They can not serve them to eat in the restaurant because of their age policy. They said that because his girlfriend is 16 and she have to be accompany by an adult that is 18 and older. My son told her that he is 18.
