1 year ago, we had 2 sliding windows and 1 bay window installed. The installation was very poor; the bay window frame started coming apart in a few months, the casements on the bay window never opened properly, and one of the sliding windows had a wrong-sized screen shoved in its place. Last Fall, a technician finally came (late with dirty shoes). He stuck a screw in the bay window frame as a temporary stopgap measure (to keep the frame from falling off).
