They sent me a renewal notice for Vanity Fair to which I subscribe. I thought nothing of it and paid the bill. By the time I realized that they had charged me twoce what I normally pay and had extended my subscription to 2010, it was too late. I called thier toll-free number and got a recorded message saying "all circuits are busy, please call back". This went on for 2 or 3 days.
