I am very dissapointed with Time Warner Cable service. I just received a "smoke and mirror" show from Sales saying "yes" they can do this and do that and can have everything hooked up as good as my Direct TV setup. If you have a "all-in-one" remote control, don't expect Time Warner to re-program it for you to their main console.
