I went to Monro Muffler in Hamden CT for a simple oil change. The next day after driving my VW Passat on the highway I heard a loud noise that I had never heard from my car before. A couple days later I had time in my work schedule to take my car to an autobody shop and found that the employees at Monroe had deceitfully and cleverly zip-tied the skid plate of my car in place... after they had broken the attachment.
