My husband took a call from this company back in June 2010, they were offering a great deal to switch from Vodaphone to go with orange, they promised to pay termination fees etc, then in Sept 2010 Vodaphone were billing us for their termination fee, obviously we thought this had been paid so I contacted Geko Direct who said they would send us a cheque for the amount, we went ahead and settled the bill with Vodaphone ourselves, since then I have had to constantly call geko Diect to find out where our cheque is, I speak to 2 ladies in particular... read full review »
