I bought football tickets to watch the match Liverpool V/s Newcastle which was played at Anfield on Sunday 1st May 2011. I bought the tickets for me and my young son. I paid for the train and hotel. The tickets were supposed to be delivered at the hotel on Saturday 30th April but never came in. I rang them on Saturday at 4 pm and I was told they could give me the tickets as their supplier let them down.
