I went online and purchased a product from this company and they sent me the wrong product. It took a while to get it and it was not the product I ordered. I called them and finally got a hold of someone as they don't like to answer the phones or return calls. I was told that I would get an email with an RMA and i never did so I called again and again and finally got someone who said that they would mail me out the right product ASAP and get me the RMA later so I would atleast have the right product.
