I have been trying to get ahold of the lost and found department for the last 3 days! waiting on hold for 3 hours at a time and finally getting so upset hang up! My son lost his cell phone several days ago and would just like someone to give a crap and answer the phone! I have found out that disney once they have your money does not give a rats ass about you! that sucks! you give them over $5000 you think they would be more than happy to help you! why have the department if you cant contact them!!! read full review »
