I understand the off of $33 for phone, cable, and high speed internet. but we are in the age of cell phones and many people cannot have landline AND cell phone bill. I 've been calling Time Warner Cable every month for an offer or plan for just TV and high speed internet . Because their is no competition, they are taking advantage of the price ceiling and can offer less service for more money and now I end up with one part of the service I dont use . Many people have cell phones these days. I have to have someone else pay for my cell phone because my budget is already used up from "triple play" cable plan. read full review »
