Absolutely fraud company. Its unfortunate that there is no such government law to protect their citizens and take actions against such company. I received a call from INDIA gave me completely law rates and 700 minutes FREE for international calls. I was asked to pay $37 as deposit. After activation, when I received the invoice and saw the charges were four times and NO FREE calls as committed. I paid the invoiced amount and asked for the refund in Jan' 2011.
