No recollection of ever ordering this "service". Charges of $29.95 per month began in November 2010, but no services rendered-. No "Welcome" packet, No initial report of credit status to be analyzed for existing mistakes of record, No notice of any credit report activity (good or bad) in the intervening 6 months. When my husband called to attempt to determine any legitimacy of this service and request copies of any prior communications, the customer rep hung up on him in mid-discussion.
