Fridgidaire has a tremendous customer service policy. They will replace defective equipment if they can determine the cause of the malfunction. If they could figure out what was wrong, wouldn't they fix it? They repeatly have you arrange service calls at their expense to have someone troubleshoot the problem. In our case we have a 9 month old Fridgiaire dryer that takes 2 to 3 cycles to accepatably dry clothes.
