After a year I made my first claim due to my AC not working. I had to call 4 different contractors they had asked me to call before I found one who would come look at my AC unit. All other contractors had very bad things to say ab0ut Choice Home Warranty company. The contractor broke appointments, didn't show when he said he would and finally came in his personal truck with no company name on it, talking the entire time on his phone.
