I have been a customer of this store since our family establishment in Texas, about 2 years and a half ago. Always welcomed by cashiers and there is always someone to help. Great variety of products etc. However, today I called to make a reservation for a carpet cleaner and it was another story. I went through a couple of services before finally getting to the right department, then, the lady at the customer service, named Britney, tell me hello and ask me the purpose of my call.
