We recently bought a large entertainment unit and a desk with chair from Haverty's in Raleigh, NC. We were very pleased with the service from the salesperson, and the store manager even gave us information about where we might find the style of couch that they didn't have. The delivery people called about an hour ahead of schedule (the information on the web site was accurate) to see if it was OK to arrive early. We said that was fine.
