Product simply does not work. Was with their "tech" support for 3 hours. After trying and trying, I asked for a refund. I was asked "May I know why is the refund for?" (I didn't type that in wrong). Come on... This product is in Beta at the very best. For the price, I didn't expect the best technical support, but I did have an expectation that the product would work. which it doesn't.
