I received a letter in the mail from this company (which i probably not a company at all) saying that I have won $1, 400, 000.00. All I have o do is send them $19.99 and "Receipt od Payment enacts Delivery". I know this is a scam and I don't understand why this person or persons is/are allowed to continue preying on people who are more than likely having a hard enough time making ends meet in this economy.
