NEW SWEATER brought in for 1st time cleaning-came back with missing loop for hook closure & 2 small holes. Returned sweater for repair, repair not made, then was told that identical loop could not be found. I told 'Cindy' NOT to put on a different loop--& that I wanted to be refunded for the cost of the cleaning. She refused to comply, told me what I should do.
