Purchased a Maytag QL 200 Quiet Series in Oct of 2009, Have replaced the control panel twice and it is broken again. Maytag won't even consider replacing the part. After a 20 minute discussion with the Maytag (who is also Amana, Whilrpool and many other Brand names) customer service rep, who refused to warranty the part, even though it was non-fubctional for the third time, I asked if basic-ly Maytag was telling me to "just go stuff it ", he agreed they were and that was all they would do.
