I had a positive balance of over $1000 in my account and I went to purchase a laptop from an electronics store for $700. National City charged me three times for $700 and put me into arrears of over $1000 with additional overdraft charges. I went to the electronics store to verify that they hadn't charged me three times and they're audit team verified I was only charged once.
