I purchased a webcam off Dino Direct at the beginning of March, 2011. It is now May the 12th and I still don't have the product. I have sent repeated emails and even gone online and waited 2 or 3 hours for their online service rep to come online who was of no help. My money went out the next day and I don't have my product and nobody is answering my emails. In essence I have been ripped off and I would strongly recommend that you think twice about dealing with this organisation. read full review »
