My name is Prateek jain and my landline number is 0731-4007901 and i'm also using broadband service of airtel. I've paid rs.4431 on 21/03/2011 by cash for the half yearly plan of airtel broadband but they change the plan from half yearly to monthly without any intimation. i've been receiving monthly plan with fixed charges of around rs.800 from last 2 months. I have also done so many compliant about the same but no solution have been made by you. I want you to change my plan immediately to half yearly as i have paid for the same.
