OMG this is the most horrible company ever. The system does not work, it goes off in the middle of the night and when you call them they tell you to disconnect it. I have had their so called experts out to my home at least four times in the past six months and they change the box, installed other equipment and it still loses signal and sounds an alarm. The last time was at 1:00. They should refund me everything I have ever paid, and come get their garbage system out of my home.
