Human Dental paid for a claim. According to Humana, they then later denied the validity of the claim, after almost 1 year, and then said I owe them money. They never tried to contact my Dentist who did the billing or myself. I have no record of an original attempt to collect repayment. And the billing department at the Dentist office verified they had never been contacted.This happened in September 2006.
