For some reason i have been recieving someone elses mail from humana of kentucky, i even called them and let them know there's no one here by that name or address, they said the only way they can change that is for the person who's name is on that mail is the only one who can authorize that, talk about BS! i've even sent the mail back to them, they still don't get the message, they still send this mail to me, humana refuses to help, what is WRONG with these people? don't they understand english? how can someone use... read full review »
