Back in Mar/Apr08 at the small business expo, I was sucked in to viewing a demo of Fortune 100 gambling software by salesman, SIMON ARNDT. I paid $15, 000 after just one over the phone trial on my computer (stupid me). I got 1 x one hour over the phone 'training session', after they missed appointments they had made, leaving me sitting by the computer wating for a call that wasn't going to come.
