This was the worst move ever. My husband and I moved from NC to CA and paid for a 'full pack'. Little did we know that they would send 2 people for a 3-bedroom condo full pack at 3pm in the afternoon. They didn't end up leaving until close to midnight and then had to come back the next day to finish. (Good thing we didn't have to be out of our apartment at a certain time.)
