Applied for services, paid the money and returned package unopened and asked them to cancel membership and a refund Called them to inquire about help getting medicine. Was told that there would be a $50.00 fee and $40.00 for medicine. Gave them my bank account info. they took the money out, sent me a package, which I never opened and then mailed back to them with a note to cancel.
