I have endured the questionable recording practices of 5/3 for some time. I cannot and do not fault them when I am charged a know fee for poor record keeping but I did want to share a couple of stories in which 5/3 stole my money and left me with little recours. First- The Winter of 2009 blasted my area with ice and put my town in a state of emergency. The all branchesof the bank were closed for 2 1/2 days but corporate (in Cincinnati) kept on pluggin away.
