I ordered the chef basket and was under the impression only $14.99 + shipping and servicing fees would be charged. After clicking "no thanks" to all upsales online, it showed my card had been charged $55. I was unable to confirm or cancel my request. I called in on a Tuesday because the cs dept was not open on the weekends, and demanded all of my money refunded once the product was returned.
