My sister who has MS and has been in a chair for over 30 years was lured by Scooter Store's marketing. The chair is less than one years old has been serviced due to defects several times. This last time her chair was down for almost a month, we ask about a loaner they said No because she has MS and they dont have a chair to help. I asked how she was to get around...sit...crawl...This is the most callous company, they should crawl and see what it feels like...email to complain bounces back!
